    How much can I limit my fat intake without sacrificing testosterone levels?

    I was looking at the ratio's suggested by AST's site and if I were to follow it, I would only be taking in about 40g of fat a day. Is this enough?

    I heard that really low fat diets will plummett testosterone levels. Is this true? If so, how low is too low for fat?

    BTW, I am taking in about 2800 cals per day and I'm on a cut.

    I've read that you shouldn't limit your fat intake to any less than 15% of total clories. So with 2800 cals, you should be taking in no less than 47g of fat.

    i keep mine at 20% to be safe... but you could probably drop to 15%.
