I was looking at the ratio's suggested by AST's site and if I were to follow it, I would only be taking in about 40g of fat a day. Is this enough?
I heard that really low fat diets will plummett testosterone levels. Is this true? If so, how low is too low for fat?
BTW, I am taking in about 2800 cals per day and I'm on a cut.
