all depends on what bf% you are talking about. it is a lot easier for you to build muscle naturally if you have a high bf%, once you start trying to cut down is when it all melts away. i'm sure you could get like 200 pounds lbm naturally but you are not gonna be sitting at 10% holding it..
perfect example, samoans are fat asses. they are all like 30%+. if you put one on a hardcore cutting diet they would shrink down to some skinny fat lookin guy

from my height at 5ft11 and my wrist and ankle stats my max potential natty is only 163lbs thats a skinny runt at 8 % fat im 195lbs at 14% at the mo that calculation is bs

I was quite a skinny guy before I stared weight training and I’ve managed to put on quite a bit of muscle but it’s taken me 10 years to get there, a lot of guys are impatient.

Measurements w/ 10% body fat. (A=ankle measure, W=wrist measure, H=height)
Measure wrist at its smallest point about the little knob bone thing. Anlkles should be the smallest point about the joint. Height should be pretty self explainatory dont include your hair i guess lol.
chest = 1.625W + 1.3682A + 0.3562H
biceps = 1.1709W + 0.1350H
forearms = 0.950W + 0.1041H
neck = 1.1875W + 0.1301H
thighs = 1.4737A + 0.1918H
calves = 0.9812A + 0.1250H
Measurement Procedure:
chest - measured relaxed (not flexed or expanded), arms at sides, tape under armpits
biceps - flexed, at largest point
forearms - fist clenched, hand out straight, measured at largest point
neck - below Adam's apple at smallest point
thighs - standing relaxed, midway between hip and knee
calves - standing relaxed, at largest point
This should be the largest your bones structure allows w/o roids, I would post the link to where I found this but I am not aloud due to low post count.

uh dude idk if you are trolling or if youre really that stupid. first off valentino was on synthol. synthol works nothing like any juice except esiclene and even that just causes some swelling and very temporary increase in muscle size whereas synthol effects stay with you for years. as far as steroids being heptatoxic, its only harsh orals and 17aa's that cause significant liver damage and even that can be avoided by using short cycles and herbal remedies. second, everything in the second video was fake. Yes roids shink your balls and most mess up HPTA function but it can all be brought back bigger and better by having a good pct. there is also no direct correlation btwn steroid use (note i said use and not abuse) and any sort of heart problems. Bitch tits, or gynecomastia occurs when you are using test based without a SERM or an AI so it converts to estrogen. it can also occur with some other types of AAS but it can all be avoided with the use of proper ancilliaries. and you can learn to make proper spot injections on your own without much difficulty if you are halfway intelligent. if however you are under 25(and some will say under 30), there is no reason or excuse of any kind for you to be juicing. if you cant grow without steroids, there is no way in hell you are going to grow on them or keep your gains once you are done.
to answer you question op, you can get pretty big w/o juice using only proper diet and a lot of work. but steroids are not as bad as some people make them sound. however its some of the people who sell steroids that you really gotta watch out for.

Believe it or not. I believe the amount of LBM that your body will support without AAS is pretty well defined by FFMI. The equation does not apply to those with high bf% (12% or less)
