Hey Everybody,

Quick question for those of you who have dealt with SLAP tears:

I'm awaiting an MRI but am operating under the assumption that I have a minor SLAP tear. Until I get a conclusive diagnosis, what can I do in the gym? Obviously I'll avoid all upper-body work, but is cardiovascular activity (and perhaps leg press machines) okay? The doctor didn't really give me any guidelines.
