I finally received my 30 day sample of ThermaPHORIA (I'm the last logger to get their sample) - so here the log starts

Expectations:
After reading the label on ThermaPhoria I expect this product to be a good preworkout supp. The components of it point towards an boosting energy, muscular recovery, and PUMP (vasodilation). As a guy with a small frame, big appetite, and a hard time at putting on muscle but no problem defining it this supp seems counter intuitive towards me gaining the muscle mass I want. However with the increased help it will give towards maintaining LBM (Lean Body Mass) and reducing FM (Fat Mass), I should be able to not only lift harder but eat much more in order to gain the lean mass I am looking for. In 30 days we will see the results!!!

Yesterday was my first day using TPhoria, but I am posting this up today, my workout, macros, and TPhor reflection.
Day 1
Workout - A
Abdominals-
Swissball (SB) Rollouts: 30, 25, 26
Hip Raises: 24, 18, 16
SB Weighted Crunch: 50lbs - 28, 28, 25
Chest-
Flat Dumbbell (DB) Flyes: 25x6, 30x6, 35x6 (4 sets)
Flat DB bench: 60x6, 70x6 (5 sets)
Inc DB bench: 50x6 (2 sets), 55x6 (4 sets)
Cable Crossovers: Gym was packed, CC's were never free
Tris-
Skullcrushers: 65x6, 75x6 (2 sets), 65x6 (3 more sets)
Tricep Kickbacks: 20x8 (2 sets), 30x8 (2 sets)

I switched up my workout a bit today, I usually do 4 sets of 12-16 reps for abs but instead opted for failure on each set, I don't know how that is going to affect them, does anyone have any input on this??? My core is really strong so those high reps may just put me in the 10,000 crunches phase again...
I also did DB Flyes first instead of third which caused all consecutive lifts to drop... I'm trying to get my chest bigger by fatiguing it a bit more.
Onto TPhoria though. I took 4 capsules pre-workout and I felt energized throughout the ENTIRE workout. Which is amazing as I usually start to tire towards my last two exercises. The pills were also easy to swallow, but that is coming from a guy who had constant allergy problems as a kid. On the first day I am impressed with the ability of TPhoria to provide necessary energy.
- Baseline Pictures will be up tonight however I am feeling a bit bloated, I hate pizza so much I need to make sure I never eat it again...haha

4 capsules 30min pre-workout again. Was in a bit of a bad mood because of being called out on missing a class the other day (I could not possibly wake up after coughing up green mucus all night). I channeled it into some positive energy and decided to do arse to ground squats instead of parallel. wow I never knew that!!
I was able to get 2lbs of protein on the plan in my check baggage and then 6 scoops in my carry on no problem. However my hotel did not have a gym so I did nothing more than some simple push ups and crunch variations
However I did not take thermaphoria or creatine so I guess those would have thrown some flags.

I've still been feeling like crap lately.
I had 45min of badmition on Thursday and used TPhor to get a boost as I felt really bad that day. Friday I didn't even go to the gym, went to my 8am Orgo lecture and then left for home (grandfathers and mom's b-day this weekend)
Monday I am getting back into my usual routine, I have been eating more and more and feeling steadily better.
However I can definitely attest to the fact that TPhor will get you off your butt when you use it. You will get things done in the gym despite if you are feeling sick. Its just afterwards you will still feel as before you took TPhor which is to be as expected.
My Macro's have been consistent each day though since I stoped posting them (no lifts no posts) - 40% protein, 25% fat, 35% carbs, 2.1-2.5k kcalsDaily Trading FX - HA - S&R

it sucks, this is the first time I've actually been sick in ~3yrs. and the last time I was sick it was food poisoning.

I'm starting to get better, less drainage, less throat swelling, I don't feel like I'm going to puke all the time now. But it is still rough to lift with the intensity I could earlier.
