Arms: one workout together, or more frequent and more often?

    Just curious what most people think. Im sure its been discussed before. do you guys work Arms(Biceps and Triceps) together once a week? Or do most of you put them with majors like chest and back and work them out more frequently? for example;

    mon- chest
    tues- back
    wed- legs
    thu- shoulders
    fri- arms

    or

    mon- chest tri
    tue back bi
    wed- legs
    thur shoulders
    fri- arms

    or

    mon chest tri
    tue back bi
    wed legs
    thu shoulders
    fri- off

Most people are probably either: Doing a full body routine a few times a week; using a bodypart split working back/bis and chest/tris together; or, doing a push/pull which, again, puts them with the larger groups.

Most people are not going to have an arms day

In my latest routine I've gotten rid of all arm isolation (in fact pretty much all isolation everywhere) work. After some heavy chins, rows, dips and presses I don't think I really need to do anything more for them.
    Strength + Speed = Power

If you never fail, you aren't truly pushing yourself to the limit. If you never push yourself to the limit, how do you know what you're truly capable of?

For me, "arms" isn't a big 3 lift, so no they don't have a day by themself. I have squat days, deadlift days, and bench days, both for max effort and dynamic effort. Other than training them through the main lifts, I train my arms as accessories to the main lifts when I feel that they're a weakness.

Generally, from what I've read and been told and so on:
unless you are a professional bodybuilder with loads of experience, you have no business having an entire day for your arms.
