Hey all, I have finally decided its time for me to get back to the weights and I needed some advice on getting back on track. First I should tell you that I have worked out before for about a year and got some very good gains, but then I lost it all. This was 2 years ago, now I am 180 pounds 6'2 and I just quit smoking, im not sure how that will affect things, but I heard it will help so any knowledge on that as well would be much appreciated. So anyways my goal weight is 200 - 205 and obviously I want to be as effeciant as possible. I work out in my apartment all on free weights and I am on the 22nd floor so I can run those stairs as part of the workout as well. Any info, advice, or even a workout plan would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!
