    how to use Kre-Alkalyn EFX

    I just got some Kre-Alkalyn EFX and the bottle says to take 2 capsule a day. the thing I don't understand is that each pill is 1.5grams so that means 3 grams per day. now from what I know your usually supposed to take 10-15 grams a day when taking creating. should I take more pills per day or stick to how the instruction say to use it.

    3-5 grams is all that you will need. Start with 3 grams and move up if you feel you need alittle more.

    Each pill is 750mg. You get 1.5g per 2 pills. So 3g/4pills which is all you need.

    Also with your off days you can do a couple different things. 1)take half dose 2)not take any at all(this is what i do and i know a few others and I/they still see gains)

    keep in mind that the reason you need less creatine from kre-alkalyn as compared to pure creatine mono is that kre-alkalyn has a better absorption rate. 3g of kre-alkalyn goes a long way!

    I take 2 pre work out = 1 - 45 min pre and 1 - 10 mins pre, and the Cell Rush post.

    Off days I take 1 mid day. I weigh 136lbs. This has been working very good for me.

    I have a pump and high energy threw whole work out, and recover quickly.

    Great stuff.

    It is the buffing that keeps it pure till it gets to the muscles for use. This is why you can use less but the same effect as more pure creatine. So if you are a $ cruncher it is less expensive per serving but yet more efficient/effective. Thus a no brainier.

    Quite true. Regular monohydrate worked for me, but at a dose of 10 grams on training days and 5 grams on off days. KA works for me at 4.5 grams on training days and 1.5 grams on off days.

    I am new with Kre-Alkalynand need help

    Hi, I have never been taking Kre-Alkalyn before and I wonder if someone here would help me get going. You can see on my photo i am skinny. I weight ca 70kg and i am 184cm high. I don't know when to use it. Should i drink lots of water and take it morning, dinner and before bed, and before training? Or only before traning? Should i take it after training also? It says i should take 1750mg 20minutes before workouts, but nothing more. And does it count as workout when i jog or play squash? Thank you for for helping!

    Based on your weight I recommend 1 before and after training and 1 on your off days.
