My left chest muscle is larger than my right. And in my lower chest area in both I have fat. What exercises can I do to make my left and right chest muscles more similar in mass and size, and how what exercises do I do to lose fat in my lower chest?
Note: My left bicep is slightly smaller than my right bicep, maybe this has something to do with why my left chest muscle is a little larger than my right? Or maybe it's just hormones, because I'm still 17 and growing?
Answers are appreciated.
