^^^ lyle is such a jerkoff. He ate his own words about everything in the end. He was the one who attacked Mark and the client, mark had every right to cancel lyle's trip and whatnot. Lyle should learn to not treat people like pieces of shit if he wants to get things done in life, but he never will cause he's a piece of shit himself. Now Lyle is crying that he's the victim and mark is the bad guy because of the aftermath of what Lyle caused in the first place, LOL.

and mark's client did a dreamer bulk, idc what anyone says. It looks like he gained 10lbs of muscle the most, the rest looks like pure lard (srs).

Apologies in advance about my laziness to dig for it, but someone please Cliffs me on the amount of weight Zach gained & the timeframe it occurred. Also, a couple questions: 1) What was his training & diet & supplementation like before he started the program, 2) what was his training & diet & supplementation like afterwards. I've seen plenty people gain sh!tloads of weight in short periods of time, but there are only a handful of circumstances in which this can happen. Really rapid gains beyond the "standard" rates are not impossible, but of course they're exceptional. I'll be back later to check on this.

the cliffs on the 1st page say 80 lbs in 15 weeks and 60% Lean muscle mass.

Mr Aragon here is the scoop.

Coach Rippetoe measured him a couple days ago at a body weight of 242 with a bodyfat % of 20.95% using a 7 skin fold caliper test.

Mark Rippetoe:
Equation: 1.112 - .00043499(x) + .00000056(x^2) - .0028826(age) = body density

(4.57/body density - 4.142)100 = Bodyfat %
Skinfold total: 162mm, 7 sites measured and marked

Equipment used: Lange Skinfold Caliper (Cambridge Scientific)

His before and after pics are here:

Started at 162 lbs here

And ended at 242 lbs here

The way I would to the LBM gain calculation is like this: (current bw * (100%-current BF%))-(starting bw*(100%-starting bf%))

Now we know, for sure, the current bw, current bf%, and starting bw. I do not know about his starting bf%, can we assume 10? correct me with what you think is accurate based on the picture of him in the chair.

(242*0.7905)-(162*0.9)
(191.301)-(145.8)
[45.501]

Now that's with me assuming his starting bf%, i dont believe they measured it 6 months ago

80lbs in 26 weeks.

I haven't read anything about supplementation before or after.
