    2 month progress. gained about 7-10 lbs

    i just got a gym membership about 2 months ago. ive made slight gains but i know its just the beginning. let me know if u notice a change or not.

    bench went from max 135x1 to 155x4
    started out curling 20lb db now 35s
    i never got a baseline squat but i can now squat 175x4

    lost motivation and got real busy with work so i lost all my gains thats why i havnt updated. But i got serious again about 2 months ago and im up to 160 gaining about a pound a week so im pretty stoked!
