    Smile i need advice with using N.O explode

    i'm 5'4-'5 and 130 pounds, 18 and a girl, i am just starting to use n.o explode, i also use whey protein (gold standard) and im looking for some advice on the dosage i should take and when i should drink my protein shakes or the n.o explode
    im gonna take n.o around 45 minutes before my workout, and then a protein shake for after workoutim wondering whether or not i should use the whole scoop of n.o or just use a quarter scoop for the beginning (i haven't taken any caffeine stimulants before)*
    also im wondering if i take this 45 minutes before i go to work (landscaping) its not hardcore, all i do really is just pick weeds so not much cardio and increased heart rate there, but i will be outside all day in around 30 Celsius weather, im just wondering if it will give me more energy and because ill be doing a lot with my arms will that help as in like a muscle workout

    I love NO Explode. A pre-workout staple for me. Since you are not accustomed to using stimulants, start off small (meaning, forget the green tea extract for now) and anything else that contains caffeine or any kind of thermogenic stimulant. Do you drink coffee/tea throughout the day?
    I would start of with 1 scoop in 16 oz. of water and see how you feel. If it's too much, then drop down. Depending upon the intensity of your workouts, you can go anywhere from 1-3 scoops (more powder obviously changes the flavor as well).
    I suggest taking it pre-workout only and see if it gives you that little extra. As far as you taking it before work, I think that decision is partly based around the time you go to work. Caffeine has a very long half-life and stays in your system for a while. If you are sensitive, then you may have issues with sleep.*

    I used it for several years and switched it up (I take C4 now). I am not caffeine sensitive, and one scoop was enough at first. I was taking 2 after a while. Be sure to take it on an empty stomach pre-workout, and drink plenty of water while you work out. It will irritate your stomach if you have any food in your system. I don't recommend taking it if you're going to be out in the sun. When I worked out after taking it with the sun shining on me (we have walls of open windows in the gym), it gave me a wicked headache. I normally work out at 5AM when the sun isn't up, so it wasn't an issue on most days. The caffeine rush lasted at least until noon after a 5AM workout.

    NoXplode has a decent stim-hit, so try 1/2 scoop to start. Many people report a quick tolerance developing from No-Xplode, but that can be avoided by using it only preworkout, and 4 days a week or less.

    I find that if I take NO and then don't work out hard enough I get sick to my stomach. *There have been times I took it and then something came up so I didn't get to the gym fast enough and by the time I got there I was running to the bathroom! *I would advise against taking it unless you are about to commit to a serious workout and start with 1/2 a scoop. *Remember to cycle off too, it isn't too great for your kidneys supposedly. *I like NO, but I have found better pre supps that don't ruin my stomach. *

    Remember that powdered no xplode has a creatine component to it...considering you're a female I'm not sure if you're ok with that...if you just want the NO get the NO Xplode igniter shot....oh and remember that no xplode 2.O just came out....heard good stuff about it

    ^^Same thing with me. I take it about 30 mins before I get to the gym. If I wait longer or don't work out hard enough, my stomach kills me.
