Box squat REALLY works your fast twitch muscle fibers and is mainly an exercise greatly used by football programs for explosiveness it will help you get quicker and have more explosiveness and it will also make your vertical go up. i love box squat i do regular squat on Mondays and box squat on Thursdays Monday Thursday Friday is my 3 leg days and i love box, its good for muscle confusion as well if you have been doing regular squat on every single leg day
