please help me with tanning

I am competing in my first figure show on May 15...I am not sure what product to use for my tan...I am thinking about either jan tana or pro tan.....Im not sure if I want a spray tan or not...I have already been to the tanning bed a few times...Can anyone help me please?

The competition section will be your best bet. But I'll give my 2 cents while I'm here. Don't use ProTan if you are even the slightest big fair of complexion. It has a tendancy to turn people green. I know from first hand experience. I've never heard of this complaint from people who are naturally darker, though.
