They were taking classes in buildings that required them to walk up a lot of stairs. Didn't want to over train their legs.

but for a while i couldn't squat cause i had a nasty groin injury that wouldn't heal for a long time.. but i am surely back on it now.

This is not true in my experience. I used to only work out upper body in my late teens. Bench, curls, pullups & pushups, etc. I had no idea what I was doing. Anyway at this rave in New Orleans, chilling in the lounge area, this girl came up to me and sat on my lap. After a little flirting she massaged my legs and said, "You don't work out legs, do you? lol" then walked away. That was a pivotal point in my leg training.Originally Posted by Tsudo
