Hello guys, I've been off this site for several months, and I started a new program a few weeks ago, so I decided to just make a new journal. I casually did my own thing for a while, and then I tried running the Cube for a while, but that program wasn't really for me because of the lack of frequency. I also ran the Hepburn Program A, but that got too tiring after several months, and the workouts were too long. I've gotten Appendicitis, and then later on the flu and strep throat at the same time. Both of these sicknesses set me back several months. I've decided to just get serious, go all out, and crush it on the Texas Method. I am very pleased with my results so far.

Squat 225 2x5 (Tried switching to low-bar. It was an uncomfortable position, but 225 has never felt so light on my legs)

Hahaha, I got under four hours of sleep the night before. No energy at all. Was a miracle I got my squats and bench done, but my deadlifts were beyond impossible. Used up more energy than I actually had, and it's Thursday, and I'm still feelin it.
