This morning when I woke up I tweaked my back, I was like fml this had to happen on leg day when doing squats. Ended up doing them squats. I wanted to record my form but my cousin forgot his camera at home, I'll get up a vid next week. While leg pressing I wasn't going to go for the 5 plates today than one guy I usually see at was like just put a 5th plate on which gave encouraged me and what do you know, pr! Also when doing squats some guy racked 5 plates on the T-Bar Row and it tipped over due to all the weight on the bar, it delivered the lulz. Had fun today, good workout.

Didn't superset the last set of shrugs since I had to deload the weights, meh.. My shoulders were really exhausted after the seated should press but felt good still and calves got blasted as well, good workout! Legs are still so sore, fuuu!

Today at last period I had a math test so I attended to see that it is post poned for tomorrow. After school I usually get a ride from my uncle were my cousin and I go straight to the gym from school. Today we never got a ride and since I never had a test a wrote a note in class and showed it to the teacher saying I have a doctors appointment and I forged my mothers signature, she believed it and I got to leave class. I than called my father to pick me up and take me to the gym, he said sure. I was at the gym just to hear my phone ring like 10 times for me to hurry up or else he was going to leave, which wouldn't be an issue if I were in proper workout attire as I would just run home, but was in pants and its like 25 degrees. So I did what I can at the gym, and I raged hard on my way home. Going to kill it next week !!

Today I never had a ride to the gym so my cousin and I decided to bike ride it to the gym. The ride took 10 minutes and was mostly uphill and if you never rode a bike in over 6 months your guranteed to feel the lactic acid build up in the quadriceps. I got to the gym thinking great the bike ride was my warmup for the squats, lets hit some prs! I rack 265 go down half way, and I was like **** this, I need to take off some weight and loosen up. I put 225 for me to only go down 5 times. My cousin went to squat for his set, he did 135 x 3 for him to fall on the floor and the safety bar saved him. I told him lets get out of here and well do legs tomorrow because we can put in more intensity into the workout. We left the gym and bike rided around for 45 minutes. Very cool story ! Try again tomorrow!

Todays workout was much better than yesterdays attempt! I was happy about the squat pr but once I got to the leg press they collapsed haha. I'm kind of used to it now but its all good!
