Seated Dumbell Press
50 x 12
60 x 8
60 x 6
50 x 7
Lateral Raises
30 x 8
3 x 25 x 10
Seated Bent Over Lateral Raises supersetted with Upright Rows
30 x 10/75 x 8
30 x 10/75 x 6
30 x 10/75 x 6

Barbell Shrugs
4 x 225 x 10
Standing Calf Raises
195 x 12
215 x 12
235 x 10
235 x 10
Today I worked at my buddies and and its either the weights at my gym are fraud or these weights are peanuts; well they are the rubber weights :P. I pressed 50 x 12 and 60 x 8 when last week I hit 50 x 8. Last week with the calf raises I did at my gym I was hitting 120 x 12, wtf indeed! I don't want to count those as pr's. Other than that all the other stats were similar; weird workout!

Might be flaring out your elbows too much. If you flare them out, more shoulders and less chest gets worked.

I think so, today what I did while pressing with dumbells was squeeze the shoulder blades together which I felt put more tension on the chest, will try that next time for the barbell bench press.

70's ain't weak man!
My shoulders used to get slaughtered (bad way) by benching as well. Once I began expanding my chest/arching my back/not flaring my elbows as bad the pain was instantly gone. Smolov Jr really helped me tackle bench form!
