i personally do minimal to no cardio when i'm cutting, i find lowering my calories slightly and monitoring progress (weight and tape measurements) works for me. The cut i'm on at the moment i haven't done any cardio at all just lifting heavy 4 times a week and maintaining a calorie deficit, like yourself i hit a few plateau's which was frustrating as i'm sure you'll agree but i just lowered my calories slightly until i got the fat loss back on point, some people recommend eating at maintenance for a week then drop your calories back down like before to break through it, i haven't tried that myself but may work for yourself.
hope that helps ,If the bar aint bending your just pretending

Great information on this thread guys keep it going
Well, about going for maintenance for a week, i heard about it and i think its good cuz ur body is getting used to the low calorie intake after a while(any1 knows after how much time?? )
I think that's why a lot of people reccomend doing a a refeed of carbs to hit the maintenance calorie intake for 1 day so body knows its ok to keep burning fat without platues.
i thought about it a lot and finally decided that i shall embrace a weekly refeed of 125 g of carbs only when ill hit my first platue on this cut.
than i shall reduce my calories for about 300/add cardio sessions that yield about the same calories daily and see if my body fat is lose is still kicking in.
what do u think about my decision guys?
