I'm going to buy Carnitine to combine with my thermogenic, but I see that there are carnitine in tabs and in liquid, which one is more effective ?

Lol. You didn't really change your diet at all. Just cut out soda, cut out friend chicken, and ate healthier.
You think that may have had something to do with losing 4 clothes sizes and not the L-Carnitine perhaps?
Liquids are most definitely not ALWAYS better. In some cases they allow substances to get absorbed better. But not in all cases.
OP: It doesn't matter, liquid or caps. But L-Carnitine is prob not your best bet as I said. ALCAR is probably better. But don't expect much of any extra fat burning out of either. If there is any it will be small.

Both will work, but I'd opt for liquid in this case as it will probably be cheaper (it costs more to make something into pills or put in capsules) and less chance of any gastric irritation. Plus it'll be absorbed more quickly (though that's not a big deal in this case). So go liquid or bulk powder form.
