What happens by the end of the day that say I am 170 pounds and only intake 100g of protein. And I worked out and still got in protein after workout. What that only make my muscle gain impossible?
Also when your bulking, sometimes I can't eat so much to go over my maintenance. Could I still gain muscle while being around my maintenance calories?

If you are bulking, you should be eating over your maintenance calories every day. You will not be able to gain muscle mass without eating over maintenance. Also, since you are eating more on a bulk, there really is no excuse for only getting 100g of protein per day. That is only 400 calories from protein...
