Many people are having goodluck using kre-alkalyn without any bloating issues. I have been using EFX kre-alkalyn with very good results and no adverse effects.

Agreed most people bloat because they take to much and are not getting enough water for me 2to3 grams works fine more than 5grams is not needed for most people.Originally Posted by dvsness

If you are bloating it is probably because you are taking too much or have a poor quality creatine. I have NEVER bloated off of Prolab mono dosed reasonably.

IIRC, the betaineg/glycocyamine combo was introduced by a different company and the magic ratio was never proven. I don't understand why a newer product has this in there and all older products are removing it.Originally Posted by Lucky_ROA

I've taken BSN Cell Mass for a while, and it works great, but as long as you are drinking enough water and not overloading on it (like people said before, 5 grams is about all you need) you should be fine.
