Always thirsty and dry mouth no matter how much water I drink

When I wake up the morning my mouth is always dry and I am really thirsty. I chug a liter of water then a few minutes later my mouth is still dry so I chug another liter. I can't seem to get hydrated. Could my hydration issue be something else, like an electrolyte imbalance? I think I get enough sodium and potassium in the day.

If you are on a low carb diet you will perpetually be thirsty(for most people it seems at least)

Get checked by a doctor. Its a common sign for diabetics, thyroid issues, etc.
Eat right, exercise, lift weights, get 8 hours of sleep.

I was thinking this too, constant thirst is a sign of diabetes. Matter fact one of the top signs.

I used to be like this, sadly i don't remember when it stopped! But i could not go out side without a huge jug of water with me in my car and a little bottles of water to take with me when i needed to do something easy as 5-10min maybe in to the supermarket

Interesting. So I could either be on a low-carb diet or I have diabetes, two completely opposite conditions.

I do eat low-carb, what exactly would cause chronic thirst?

Again I eat a low-carb diet, the simplest surest way to PREVENT diabetes.

You may be eating too much fried or spicy food.

Try staying off fried or spicy food and eat some watermelon or cucumber everyday for a whole week.

Drink some electrolyte drinks like powerade, gatorade in the morning.
I sleep with a bottle of water. Body is on auto mode, it just drinks during the night automatically then goes back to sleep
