yeah, usually 14 or 15. i'm 165 and i have a little over 15. my goal is to be 155 within the next month or 2, and to have 15"

well im 5"10 160 and theyre 14. i feel like theyre lagging, idk if thats the right size though. what dyu guys think? small? normal?

im 5'8 around 153lbs and my arm size is around 13.5" cold flexed,
12.5" cold, unflexed
With a pump i would be somewhere between 14" and 14.5"

I'm 5'10 between 140 and 145 lbs and my arms are 13.5'' I hope they will be 14'' when I will be at 145lbs I will try to lower my body fat.
But it depends on the size of your legs.
