Thumbs down My Shoulders never hurt after a shoulder workout! Any Help?

Always after a shoulder workout they never hurt; during my workout I work my shoulders until I can't do anymore.
    Why aren't they sore?

are they strong? are they developed? if so, don't worry. certain body parts just don't get sore for some. eg for me it's my bis, it doesn't matter what i do to em they just don't get sore.

you can reduce DOMS by stretching, eating right and resting right. DOMS doesn't necessarily mean progress.

The fact that more DOMS makes muscle grow more is a false fact that have been sticking with the bodybuilding industry for quite some time.
People naturally assume that total exhaustion and terrible DOMS equals muscle. But the true fact is that DOMS / burning sensation is not a very good indicator of muscle growth.

I'd say as long as you progress your workout, your muscles will grow no matter what.
Hell, I've never had any burning sensation / DOMS or whatever in my chest muscles during bench press. I always feel it in my arms. But still, my chest have grown like there's no tomorrow.

So I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure your weight progresses. If it does, your muscle will grow.

    Good luck

this was probably already covered, but pain does not indicate a good workout. although, it is nice to feel that pain once in awhile.

    Sore muscles =/= Good workout

Otherwise wtf have I been doing 90% of the time I've been going to the gym? I never get sore muscles if I'm only lifting heavy for low reps.
How much grass could an ass to grass squater squat if an ass to grass squater could squat grass?

i tend to find muscles only get sore for the first few works of lifting weights...after you've been training for a while you tend to get sore a lot less...only muscles that EVER get sore for me are my biceps and chest.
