Here are much better alternatives to build your legs:
-squats
-deadlifts
-Leg press
-hack squats
-DB Lunges
-Box squats
-SLD's
-GHR's
-Front squats
-Goodmornings
-Calve raises of all types
-sled pulls
-Power squat machine
then use the treadmill for what it was made for-CARDIOWe the type of crew, to get fresh just to sit in the living room.-Bill O'Reilly

whatever else you may ormay not do, your previous post shows your lack of knowledge of what exactly builds your legs, so i thought maybe just in case some noob opens this thread ad reads my post after yours that they will realize treadmill incline sprints or whatever else has to do with a treadmill is going to do anything but build your legs.Now if you can prove to me that your post is true and that they do, I will gladly eat my own words.Until then, just how about ou play the part of the misinformed trollish guy and I play the part of the guy who has even the slightest bit of knowledge as to how to grow.

Whats even better would be to use a real hill if possible or sand dunes etc i have sand duns near my house at the beach and they kill your legs lol. Obviously not gonna make u massive like squats but i do it for conditioning and fitness. Plus short burst up hills increae explosive strength and lung capicity. But i guess it depends on your goals for me my goals are more conditioning related then size but thats just me.
