    does sets matter?

    im thinking about switching to 4 sets instead of my 3 sets that i usually do. Will i gain more mass if i do?

    It is a good idea to change up your routine every few weeks so going to 4 sets could be a good thing. If your diet, rest, and routine are in good shape then you should see gains no doubt about it.
