Max out. Calculate 85% of that weight, and do 3 sets to failure with it, followed up by one set of 85% + 10 lbs, and one set of a weight where you fail around 8 - 12 reps (IDK what that would be at this point for you.).

I want to put on so Muscle Size. I was putting on some strength last summer by lifting heavy 1-6 reps. I wanted to know how it would look like for Muscle Size.
    Thanks for the help.

If you are capable of doing example 2, you are way underperforming, and also would be an idiot to do example 1, which would be like cruising la-di-da whistling dixie while doing your sets.

In other words, if you can do a 4th set to 10 reps at 225 on the bar, then why would you even want to do a 4th set to 6 at 200, unless you feel like being lazy?
