i was just wondering if i wanted to put on mass how do i do my weight and sets?
IE:
bench 200 reps-10/8/6/6
or
bench 200/205/215/225@ 10 reps each

If you are capable of doing example 2, you are way underperforming, and also would be an idiot to do example 1, which would be like cruising la-di-da whistling dixie while doing your sets.
In other words, if you can do a 4th set to 10 reps at 225 on the bar, then why would you even want to do a 4th set to 6 at 200, unless you feel like being lazy?Time To Re-Schedule
