Could 2010 Phil beat a 2009 Cutler?
Just something to ponder.

The improvements him and the others making are incredible ...the competition is getting much stronger its like the 90s again ...Im happy to see the level of the competition going that direction
i still think Cutler in 09 shape wins but he better be careful because there are lots of hungry competitors catching up with him

Jay brought one of the greatest physiques of all time to the Olympia last year, to say Phil is anywhere near that is just crazy talk.

I still don't see why everyone's creaming themselves over Cutler.. Ronnie was way better

Phil will have his time but it isn't right now. Cutler is probably the greatest body builder of all time when you look at what he's accomplished. Phil is ****ing pretty, and should win the AC a few times before he begin his Mr. O reign.

No.
Phil looks great standing by himself, while Cutler looks great standing next to Phil. The sort of physique that Cutler brought to the Olympia wasn't matched by Heath then or today for that matter.

Because Cutler was still creaming ourselves worthy.

If he couldn't beat Kai, why would he get the nod over an '09 Cutler?
-
Registered User
Nope, not even close.
The problem and I think he's not going to overcome it is that Phil is about as philled out as he's going to get and he just doesn't have the frame.
He looks great alone but he was looking narrow even next to Dex.
I think ultimately that's what's going to hurt him in the big shows.

Glad that topic's over.

Because Phil should have won.

No not a chance. Cutler is just bigger everywhere apart from arms.

I'm a fan of both and loads of respect for both. I think Phil by far has the best overall physique going. Reminds me in a way of Flex's when Dorian was winning the O. I think the 09 version of Jay would make Phil look relatively small by comparison and thus it would be a miracle if Phil would win that match up.
