just got done seeing rockel on the webcast, havnt seen everyone but so far I got my money on heath.

dex's conditioning looked better then at the O, and as a result he looked a bit smaller, heath was way fawkin bigger then at the O, and his fullness and conditioning killed everyones.... outsized dexter aswell by alot, kai looked off,

if heath very off barely lost to kai at the O and kai looks worse then he did at the O, and heath looks 10x better, heath is going to place far ahead of kai.

Kai doesnt look worse then he did at the O. Kai was off at the O.

This contest is between Kai and Phil IMO. If Kai makes the right adjustments for the finals and tightens up alittle bit I think he'll take it.

his delts are one of the best in bbing, I see Rockell on the 4th place, ahead of Branch, none of them look spectacular from the back

On their own I wouldave said Phil, Dex, Kai, Branch.
But with the comparisons, Dex may edge it out. Kai is also becoming better with time so it should be interesting. In the end could toss up the 3. They mentioned Branch normally doesnt improve by the hour so he prolly wont move up.
