problem with my bb.com order, but which solution to choose?

Just received my recent bb.com order and the tubs of myo and no xplode were completely crushed. Fortunately it wasn't huge deal as they weren't damaged to the point of leakage, but it's weird that someone would pack those items like that, as I know it didn't happen during shipment since there was plenty of padding inside and the box wasn't damaged.
I emailed bb.com and they said I can either ship the products back and they will replace them, or I can keep them and they will give me a discount. Normally I would assume the products were fine and I would just open the containers which would they un-crush them, but the expiration date on the myo was completely rubbed off which I thought was kinda strange. It is the new choc hydro myo, is it even possible to be expired yet? What do you think I should do?

Does anyone know if the new choc myo could be expired already? That is really the deciding factor as it looks like the product is fine. It would be nice to save some money on my order and not have to wait for them to ship again (it took 8 days to arrive!! my 8th order from bb.com and my first time with problems)

lol this happened to me in the summer, received a container of isoflex crushed in one side and protein bars completely demolished all smushed and stuff, pretty similar options they gave me

funny thing was the discount they offered was a 10% coupon on my next order, lulz....

i sent them back and got a package in a couple days.

If you're not pressed for the Myo, send the stuff back. I dont know what type of discount they would be willing to offer but it might not be worth it. Last time this sort of thing happened to me they offered me a second free gift on an order of $75.00...those gifts arent too great IMO.

It's a 20% discount, which would be about $15. But I guess I will just send it back, rather be sure I'm getting something good. Kinda sketchy that the exp date is missing.

When freight companies smash freight, they re-package it. UPS/USPS prolly smashed it and put it in a new box. I used to work in freight and that was pretty common practice.

bb.com wouldn't send smashed packages, that is bad business. Seems to me they are being pretty generous with you.

Seems like a no-brainer, send them back. You have damaged products and one possibly past expiration. Besides, you would be saving money from the whole deal.

I received my 6 5lb tubs of scifit whey today and I had the same issue. every tub was crushed but the boxes were just fine. I'm not complaining too much since it was so cheap with 30 percent off

I always open boxes when the delivery man is still there and go through the order and check off the items before signing it. Refuse shipment if there is a problem then the fight is UPS v. BB and UPS is much bigger.
