    progress since starting at gym

    hai teens heres my progress since i joined a gym and started lifting and doing cardio (I run cross country now)

    first pic is age 17 6'1 290 lbs i bulked for 17 years diet was mainly soda/doritos and routine was tv/world of warcraft

    second pic is me now at 18 years i havent been able to pack much muscle on since lifting because ive been in a big cal defecit the whole time but I think I put some on.

    got it working now, any other runners out there trying to pack on mass? im actually now having trouble putting on weight lol

    bump, any other teens out there run cross country/track? right now im doing about 40-60 miles per week and gym 4-5 days a week. im eating big amounts of clean food when I can probably 2.5-3k a day but the scale is barely moving or going down some weeks

    The funny thing is now with all my exercise and eating healthy I actually think i eat more then b4, i used to just eat one BIG meal of junk a day and drink like a gallon of non diet soda (srs lol) but yeah I can put down the food
