hai teens heres my progress since i joined a gym and started lifting and doing cardio (I run cross country now)
first pic is age 17 6'1 290 lbs i bulked for 17 years diet was mainly soda/doritos and routine was tv/world of warcraft
second pic is me now at 18 years i havent been able to pack much muscle on since lifting because ive been in a big cal defecit the whole time but I think I put some on.
