    Any advice on deadlifts?

So i have decided to start dead lifting and squat after gaining some strength, but the problem is i dont want to injure myself doing it wrong and the gym i go to has not many serious lifters that know the proper form. Any help or tips would be thankful

Keep you head looking forward and bring the bar up as close to your shins as possible.
