    When to take Kre-Alkalyn

    Just wondering how I should be taking my kre-akalyn.

    Bottle says one pre and one post workout. Do I not take it on my off days? I only workout 3 days a week.

    In b4 use search button ---> Tired of reading kre alkalyn vs. mono creatine threads.

    I only took it b4 working out. 1.5 g. I felt that it was enough...although Beta Alanine is more important in my opinion...stacking them is great.

    Pre and post workout is fine. On your off workout days you can take it whenever you feel convienent, midday and early morning seems to be what most people like.

    I take one before and the 2nd during. I find it gives me more of that filled swollen feeling during my workout that I normally get after a hard lifting session rather then when did one before and one after.

    I've been on K\A for one week today. I take two in the morning with breakfast which is about one hour before going to the gym. I take the other two with supper which is mid to late afternoon. Seems to work for me so far.

    I just got anew bottle of Kre-Alkalyn 1500, it says 1-2 in the morning, and 1-2 before your workout. My question is is 1 enough? b/c with the economy these days doubling the time a bottle last sounds good to me.
