A couple of years ago I broke my left forearm and I had metal plates and screws put in. The doctor told me weight lifting would be fine for me.
I never did any specific exercises for the forearms until a few weeks ago. I started because I noticed that my left forearm was really soft compared to my right forearm. Well, when I exercise my left forearm, it feels really awkward and I feel the hardware poking my flesh. It's not painful, but it still is awkward and uncomfortable.
Has anyone else experienced this? Will this feeling end up going away once my forearm muscles are more developed?
