Hey guys, I just thought I'd post this. I made it up myself. I eat this every day sometimes 2 times a day. My mom loves it, my DAD even likes it and everyone whos tried it likes it very well. So I hope you all like it too. You all may need to double the recipe. I know you all a lot more tuna than that. The tuna alone has 21 grams of protein in it. Thats enough for me, but not for you growing boys. lol. Add more honey mustard if you want thats just a rough estimate. I like more honey mustard.
1, 3 oz can Starkist Albacore Tuna (drained and not the packet kind)
1 tbsp. of lite/ff mayo
1 tsp. honey mustard
1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash Tableblend, or to taste.
1 baby carrot, chopped (optional)
relish (optional)
Drain your tuna WELL.
Then scoop it out into a bowl with a fork and then use the tines of the fork to break up the large chunks and make sure you flake it really fine with your fork.
Add the remaining ingrediants. And add the mrs. dash carefully. It's to taste. I like it with about 1/2 tsp. in it. Because I like that type of flavor.
Please check back w/ me a tell me what you think.

one of my favorites that i have been using a lot lately:
1 can tuna drained
3 or 4 tbs miracle whip light
1/4 to 1/2 cup green, red, and yellow peppers cubed
eighth to a quarter of a sweet onion
salt and pepper to taste
goes great on two pieces of whole wheat toastThe effort of today is the reward of tomorrow.
All you need is the willingness to start and the courage to move ahead.

Dont try it turns out that is badEach evening I go to bed with doubt by my side and each morning I wake with doubt to greet me. It ain’t easy to live with that sh*t, but it is a part of the uncommon life. There are no promises or guarantees, only an untold future with no regard for your desire for comfort or security.
