Total test, free test, and supplements

Ok, well I did a cycle of mdrol a bit back and a cycle of Jungle warfare. I gained 15 lbs on the jungle, and 25 on the mdrol. at the end of my cycle, i had blood work done and of of a possible total test of 800, mine was at 22. Not good. well i recently had blood work done again and my cholesterol and other problems including my test we all improved. my test level is now at 500 (is this high low or average and is this as important and free test?) and my free test is 2% out of a possible 2.2%. Mdrol caused so many health problems with my heart and liver, it wasnt even worth it. Jungle had great results, i guess because it utilizes free test. Is there any other supplements that would give me better results? thanks guys

actually im not a troll, i have no clue why my bar is red. not into drama. anyways, I used tamoxifen citrate 40/20/20/10

Well, nothing but Pro-hormones will give you the results that those did, because both M-drol and Jungle Warfare both contained some form of PH/DS.

Well this is where i get confused. how to total test and free test relate to one another? I loved JW, and the sides were minimal. I like to raise my total test and utilize my free test. basically i want to stay away from anything very liver toxic and that requires nolva for now just because my body is finally get back to normal. When I did m-drol and saw my bloodwork after, it was scary.
