    is this good workout plan for overweight 12 year old?

    nutrition: i gonna limt his junk foor to 2 items per week because hes still a kid...um have him pack up his lunch like lean meat sandwiched or peabut butter sandwiches with some fruits and veggies. for breakfast he can ony have egg whites now if he wants eggs also once in a while sme oatmeal with raisins and fruit in it. also for snack he can have some mixed fres fruit or some peanuts.

    exercise:im only gonna take him out running 3 times a week the other days hes going to be doing bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push ups, ad sit ups sit ups. im also gonna have him work with really light dumbbells like 10lbs being the highest for now.im gonna give him 2 days rest (weekend) because hes always running aroud outside with his friends.

    im also going to motivate him as much ass possible because this kid was at one oing skinny now hes easily like 160 and hes in 6th grade so if u can help me with some tips that would be nice

    make sure junk food is out of the question and get him into a sport
    what you have posted is sort of extreme for a 12 year old, he needs to have fun not be forced to run 3 times a week.

    wtf dude! You can play a trick with him by reducing his portion sizes but still allowing him the enjoyment of some tasty ****ty food. And please elaborate on what you consider to be "junk", and also what your alternatives are. I'd be willing to bet at least a couple items on the bad list are actually decent choices in the right dietary context, and your alternatives are on average poor. That's just a guess though.

    Dude, he's 12 ****ing years old. Get him into a sport (or play sports with him) instead of teaching him how to be a professional exerciser. At least make it fun and not a chore. Trying to be really good at exercising is for old people (like me).

    If you make him eat too "clean", like avoiding egg yolks and other good natural stuff, how the hell can he make good hormones like test. He'll end up with less muscle, and attitude, than a little girl.
