i checked it b4, ti does not say ATG is better for your knees, it says its 20% worse for your knees and a lil over 10x worse for your back/hips. That hip/back thing makes no sense, i dont take physics but you back stays in the same pos. and ur legs are just doing slightly more work.
(thats if you didnt change your sig.) PERSONALLY, i kinda agree that anything more than parallel is unnecessary cause ur alreadyat the point where its the most strain on the muscle, if u go lower its just a longer rep.
