i do my back with my legs...and im content with that.
but as far as chest, shoulders, tris and bis.
should i do my entire chest in one day or should i split the upper chest work from the rest?
i usually do shoulder, bis and tris in the same day.
i used to leave shoulders by themselves but i dont have the time to do them by theirselves.
advice?
suggestions?
