    Animal Pak vs. Orange Triad

Hi, I'm 17 and looking for a multi that can be used for both a cut AND a bulk, as the situation demands. Basically, I'm looking for which is the most versatile, and overall best in terms of quality. So, does Universal or Controlled Labs take the crown?

No multi will affect a cut or bulk. Out of the two though, I like Orange Triad. Contains better forms of some vitamins (In my opinion) and the cost is nice. It is one of the few multi's I would use.

dont get suckerd in buying multi-vitamins with added stuff in them jsut get what you intended to get in the first place... a multivitamin. id go with flinstones gummies lol , they taste like gummie bears, they are cheap, and they give u what u need. If ur looking for something else like strength and mass then buy creatine and protein and your set.

Orange Triad over Animal Pak every single time.

But that is not an apples to apples comparison. Animal Pak is a better multi (IMO), and OT is more than a multi.

Money-no-object I'd take Animal Pak and Animal Flex and Animal Omega. But I cannot justify that expense. Triad + fish oil is much more economical.

Because my joints are my weakness I take Animal Flex plus a less expensive multi (mult-v currently) and of course some fish oil.

The big thing that turns me away from OT is that there is No Iron, and that it is advertised to be iron free. I just cant figure out why it wouldn't have any, but I would definitely look for something with iron in it.

Men don't need iron supplementation, unless they are deficient, which is uncommon.

use the search. There are two threads made one year appart where both received over 500 votes and poll showed near 50% 50%

Choose either, they are both great. I go for Orange Triad most of the time because of the joint support (every part of my body stops cracking on Orange Triad).

    Why would you want iron?

Conventional wisdom and current 'experts' say that most American males do not need any iron additional to what they get in their diet. Especially if they eat red meat. Iron is a bit of a nasty free radical that you don't want running around your system in excess.

    Iron free for me.

    Iron free for me.

Triad. I prefer to split my doses up through out the day. Pack smells like garbage and piss smells like vitamins. Sometimes i swear i was sweating out vitamin smells. All those vitamins at one time is a waste. However i do like their flex product. I am taking animal flex and ortho core, probably gonna stay with it for a long time.

it's fairly easy for men to have the proper amount of iron in their body from the diet... especially if they are eating their proper greens, oats, and other healthy foods. And after that it's easy to have too much in your body.

The extra iron in you body clings to your organs making them to work harder and eventually causes organ damage. Some people always have too high of iron count in their blood and need to have blood withdrawn on a regular basis just to keep the iron count at a normal level.

so having iron not in OT is a good thing.

I just ordered OT today, got a tremendous deal on it right here at bb.com. This is the first time I'm using multis and look forward to it, it's something that I should have been taking anyway. I also like the joint support aspect, as I lift heavier weights, it's really starting to take a toll on my joints. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of universals products too, I use animal pump and am about to start on animal stak...but for the price, and the joint benifits, I just couldn't pass up on OT
