My dad had one. He almost got me one for my 16th bday but it fell through

I have thought the past 1yr or 2 of getting myself a garage queen. Something I take only on the nicest of days. Old man kin d of deal.

I have wanted a Vette but 2 seater is hard to get the wife agree to at moment

The stealership is asking 19 grand. Red really nice Im gonna of course come in lower due to mileage

If I were to get this I would probably soon drop in a new motor.

The price is a little high, but you can probably work them down a grand or two. I'd get it and just work on it until it's completely rebuilt. My brother and my dad used to work on an old Nova and they really enjoyed working on it. The end result was awesome, definitely worth the price and effort they put into it.

yes but new cars i have swapped cams pistons etc on my RSX type s when I had it

You'll be fine then, older cars are easier to work on.

Yup. Take a small fridge magnet with you and quietly check for bondo spots. If it's a Northern car, it's not going to be all metal anymore. Check under the carpets - foot placements, in the trunk, etc. Check for any rust bubbles under the rockers. 95K is still a lot of miles on a car, too. If you can, try to contact the previous owner, check the Carfax report, and do as much homework as you can before committing anything. If it doesn't have a paper trail for everything, 19K is really overpriced.

A few people didnt like us checking the body with the magnet lol. You can bring a piece of paper to put on the body before the magnet incase they dislike you sticking things to it

My aunt has a '69 Camaro. I want that **** so bad. I'm just hoping for the day she decides to hand it over (She doesn't have kids of her own). Probably a bit shallow of me to want it so badly but it's a effing Camaro!

Get it bro. Others are saying the price is a bit high, but the price is just going to keep going up. Of course try to get your best price but if it were me and worse came to worse I'd pay the 19k.

doesnt look too bad but i could do without those huge exhaust tips. The dash looks pretty tore up. Not sure how much of it is original but i think you can talk him down for sure. Doesnt look like it has power steering but hard to tell from the pics

i called talk to the guy a bit.

It def looks raced with teh switches

it also has a fuel cell in the trunk which causes my concern

i was gonna go see it at 3pm but work held me up

im gonna get a history on the car.

perhaps take it for a ride

but yeah im gonna come in at 15200.00 if it runs nice

if its lobed to hell at idle rocking i may pass. i dont want a barely legal beast lol. this is my family fun car.

I personally wouldn't pay more than 10k. Where are you located?

Interior is rough, no A/C, no P/, the wiring harness looks bubba'd, Body is probably full of bondo. Definitely a lot of potential mechanics bills if you can't do it yourself.

Really the only thing going for it is being an SS and big block, although I'd be willing to bet neither is original.
