CARNAGE CREATION by Curious Kitty
I want to thank Millennium Sport and SpaceClown for letting test out their totally new product Carnage. I don't have any info on it, cuz it's that new!! But I'm lookin' forward to the muscle build and recovery for this product. I will post my workouts and my measurements as soon as I get the product. I will be stacking this with Rok (which not supplied by Millenium) and Basic Cuts (for my other log http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=1012218 )
I'm expecting alot from this supp w/the stack that I'm taking and hopefully w/my new diet from Chuck & new weight training I will rock the house!!
I will post my new workout regimen and diet when I get them. I workout early in the morning like, butt crack of dawn, 330am in the morning, early!! My day off will be one on Thursday (pool league the night before) and the other will be, well I'm not sure when, whatever Chuck decides. I don't drink alcohol so when I go the bar on Wednesday nights I drink water. I am a water drinking fool!! Especially w/the Rok, it makes me soooo thirsty.
So when I get my diet, excercise and supps I will keep this log updated on a daily basis. And to whom ever wants to post anything ... GO FOR IT!!! My logs are pretty much a free-for-all. I will post my workouts and diet and everything daily, other than that it's a fun place to play...
