Yes, I'm not typing that **** again, just follow the directions I previously posted... you're basically finding all the free classified ad sites that have permanent listings based on your address... NOONE goes to them, but google spiders them

that WILL help, but the basic premise is that search engines rank by the following criteria:
1. The number of sites that link to you
2. The relevance of those sites to your subject matter
3. The popularity of those sites (e.g. "Mac's Cool Website, LOL" will be a useless link exchange compared to, say, "Men's Health")
4. How well your site is SEO'd so that the engine KNOWS what your subject matter is.
I'm not referring to the actual website content, that's a whole different story that involves relevance of content, frequency of content posting, etc and not relevant to this discussion.
