    Best Program for me training abdominals?

    Apologies in advance if I put this in the wrong place. I'm currently 6'1'' and a HS Junior, I've been training my abs intensively for roughly 2 weeks with a mildly restrictive diet. This includes 4 2-3 minute planks a day, 40 russian twists, roughly 100 crunches, 60 situps and some other varying exersizes. I had a very mediocre soccer season on JV and want to maximize potentional but also focus on abs even though that's irrelevant. I'm trying to build hard abs in the next few months when I look in the mirror I have not so good pectorals, and depending on whether I've eaten or not a very light showing 4 pack. So my main question is, should I be doing a program building muscle by eating more than I burn or vice versa? Thank You in advance for all advice, I will post a picture if need be.

    Yes That too ofcourse, but my predominant focus should be abs at least until a couple months before season starts again. For the record, I definitely work out legs and chest, not so much back its just I dint do them as much as abs. I do abs at home every day and maybe 3x a week at gym whereas legs and chest maybe 2x a week. Can you recommend what I should be working on? Thanks
