I bought Muscle Meds Carnivore to use as a post workout on top of my normal weight gainer. Has anyone used this before? I think it is fairly new. Also I bought the Fruit Punch and I guess it foams a lot. What do you guys recommend to mix it with other than water?

Ive taken it 3 times now and I am liking it. But I wondered if I'm taking too much creatine because my i****x xtreme gainer twice a day is 7 grams of creatine and the carnivore is 2.5g for a total of 9.5g every day.

I've taken it. blue ras isn't as bad as people say, IMO. The interesting thing is, during the isolation process of beef proteins, you would think the extra goodies that make steak superior in the first place would be filtered out. You'll notice on the label they try to supplement some of those back in.

The only downsides in my opinion of this particular product is the lack of conventional flavors (i.e. chocolate, vanilla) and the pricePicking things up and putting them down since '09

I went through 2 tubs of the Blue Raspberry...I didn't find the flavor to be as bad as people describe it, but the taste definitely did get old fast.
Also, I don't like the fact that it has 2.5g of creatine per scoop...especially since this would not normally be someone's main source of creatine.

I have tried....the fruit punch taste and I gained 2 lbs in one month although I did not changed my daily nutrition plan. The taste is ok, easily miksable with water, and wery wery easily digestable.Originally Posted by nitrojoey

I tried, but very wary about purchasing the product. As for alternative proteins, I really like Dymatizes newest release of Egg White protein. Choc is delish!

Im actually about to order some right now. I have had the blue raspberry. I didnt mind the taste at all. In fact, it wasnt half bad. I liked it overall. Would recommend if you're ever looking to change things up a bit.
