Today I did, 39 dips, 20 pullups, 42 pushups, 5 muscle ups in 15:52, compared to last time where I got 35, 20, 40, 4 in 18 minutes.

The newest requirements are 5 muscleups, then 45 dips, then 25 pullups, then 55 pushups, then 5 more muscleups all in less than 6 minutes.
The old requirements are 40 dips, 20 pullups, 50 pushups and 5 muscle ups, first in less than 10 minutes, then later they changed it to less than 6 minutes.Sig line can't be a novel

How do you guys improve your pullups? I can barely do 8. Do you guys just do them whenever you have the chance?

How good does your overall conditioning need to be to be able to do 30 pullups? That's my long-term goal.
I can do 21 right now, but I'm in terrible cardio shape and don't do much running. I mostly powerlift but am just taking a break from it for a couple months to give my body some rest and to look for a change of pace.***Misc Strength Crew***

Do you mean specific endurance (as in pullup specific) or overall full-body endurance?
It's clear to me that to go from 20 to 30 I will have to work very hard on the former, but I am wondering how much attention should be given to the latter.***Misc Strength Crew***
