    Dang e_p_c you do ultras?? This group is badass. I did my first 11 mile run today, working up to do a ultra 50. Sooo I can do exactly 30 pullups now I have done it like 4 times but I dont know how to video tape it.

    nice how do they feel for you I've tried them a couple of times. It feel really awkward for my my elbows want to go out when lock out.

    Thanks man, I hope to get to 20 someday. The chin up felt weird at first im not used to that grip whatsoever. My attempts were spotty, sometimes decent, sometimes no where close. I prefer hammer grip over chin grip, but I can't do that on the pull up bar I am using in the garage for videos.

    the hammer grip bars in my gym are about 16 inches apart. Something doesn't seem right about that.

    I really like the weighted shorts, they help keep your legs more stationary during the pull ups. That set in the video was the first time I tried them out. The balance is a bit different when pulling than using the plate, because the weight distribution is in a different place. That caused me to break concentration a couple of times during the set. I think once I get more used to them like I am with the plates, they will be a lot better. I tried the vest out on some other sets, but I am not loving it so far. It's a bit big and bulky and hard to put on. I might need to get a smaller vest for pull ups.

    With slow motion on the original video, I can see my chin gets above. I think I am going to have to get another camera that just zooms in on my chin. Its too hard to get the entire body in the video and also be close enough on the chin. I have no idea how I would put both in the video all synced up like Extremist though.

    You just need a program that does PIP picture in a picture, if you want them synced you just move the bar over till the frames match, which can be tricky.

    I didn't record these at the same time, just did it as and example.
