Thanks man. Did'nt really have a game plan as had never tried anything like this before. Just started off with a max set then started banging out as many as could each set . Next time I might do what EPC did and start of doing sets of ten.
Impressive EPC. Interested to see what you get in 30 mins. I'm thinking you would nail the 200 barrier. I really enjoyed doing the 30 mins of pullups and think I will be making this a regular in my pullup routine, doing it atleast once every two weeks. Might give the ten minute one a go too.^^^EXTREME PULLUPS CREW^^^

I am going to see how long it takes me to get 100 today. Never tried this before, so I have no idea how fast I can do it.

So after EPCs time, I am pretty much embarrassed to put up my time, but I will anyways.
My goal was to beat 20 minutes, and I did it in 18:49. I am pretty happy with that considering it was my first time trying it. I first did 3 sets of 10 reps, followed by 8 sets of 5 reps, followed by 8 sets of 3, and then 3 sets of 2 reps. Obviously the video is all long and boring, but I will post it up anyways.
