anybody else hate pullup bars that have the angles on them? just ordered a powertech rack and i woulda been so pissed off if i didnt have a power tower (dip/pullup station with strait long bar) fuk it seems like defeating the purpose if ur gonna grip wide and have angles...doesnt it negate the wide grip? hate it anyway tbh.

My one rep max is about 60kg atm.
Usually do 40kg for 6-8 reps

PR'ed today doing 10 reps with a 55lb weighted belt. It was my 4th set of weighted pullups also so I think I can beat that next back day

Anyone else rage when you see people doing pullups where they just use the momentum of their legs and think they are badass? I just wanna go up to them and be like yo brah you ever heard of momentum before?

Well i think im out of doing pull ups and most lifting for awhile... I was doing a climbing competition and hurt 2 of my pulley tendons in my left hand when i took an unexpected fall. I'm not exactly sure how bad it is yet. Visiting ortho tomorrow. Im going to guess i might be out for a month if not more.

whats the name of the move where your in pull up position, but instead of pulling up, you pull up and do a flip and then flip back over to your oringinal position?

Haha yeah, I go to the university gym here and anytime past 3pm this place wayy too packed. What gym do you go to? I just planned on having my buddy there take a vid of me, considering no one else ever does weighted pull-ups & I don't care what they think I am still planning on it.
